Our client, a respected women''s support organisation, is seeking an exceptional practitioner to join their innovative housing support program. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable women while working within a collaborative, values-driven team.
The Role:
- Provide intensive, gender and trauma-informed support to women in accommodation
- Case management approach with flexible support hours (2-8 hours per client per week)
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships using "Team Around Me" methodology
- Deliver harm-reduction interventions and empowerment-focused support
- Champion women''s rights to safe, stable housing
- Build evidence base and contribute to strategic development
- Experience supporting vulnerable women experiencing multiple disadvantage
- Deep understanding of trauma-informed and gender-informed approaches
- Case management and advocacy experience
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices, particularly around exploitation
- Strong partnership working and multi-agency coordination skills
- Flexible, outreach-based working style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Resilient, empathetic professional with non-judgemental-approach
- Understanding of intersectional disadvantage and systemic barriers
- Commitment to women-centred, empowerment-based practice
- Administrative capabilities including data collection and report writing
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Competitive salary for-the role (between 30hrs and 37.5hrs per week)
