Wokingham - Senior SW - Assessment Team - £42 p/h Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Assessment Team for Wokingham Borough Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with statutory duties. Complete Section 17 (Child in Need) and Section 47 (Child Protection) enquiries. Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Work directly with children and families, building strong professional relationships. Identify risks and develop appropriate safeguarding plans. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support. Maintain accurate, analytical, and up-to-date case recordings and reports.
