Wiring Technician

Active Staff are proud to be working with an innovative Electronics Manufacturing business in Andover. They are looking to bolster the team with an experienced Wiring Technician that has a background in Electrical assembly. You will be joining a truly fantastic company who have very little staff turnover and a company who really invests in their staff. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 17:00pm and Friday 8:45am - 15:00pm. The benefits for the Wiring Technician: 25 days holiday + BH Up to 30,000kpa Flexi holiday (opportunity to buy more holiday) Monthly social events paid by the company Stable company that have very little turnover Pension scheme On-site parking The role of the Wiring Technician: Carry out Wiring on electronic assemblies Working to detailed electronic drawings to company standard Inspect and test completed assemblies Cut, strip and terminate wires to connectors and electrical units Work on own initiative independently Work on prototype wiring, crimping and soldering Notify on any errors on procedures, drawings, BOM and routes to support quality/manufacturing Ideal experience of the Wiring Technician: Excellent soldering and workmanship standards Good organisational and coordination skills High attention to detail Knowledge of wiring, crimping and looming Ability to work to electronics engineering drawings 2 years of experience within the sector Job Types: Full-time, ..... full job details .....
