Wiring Operative

Latitude Recruitment are looking for a wiring operative to work for our manufacturing client based in Winchester on a 12 week temp to perm contract.

The ideal candidate will have a background in wiring, assembly work, good communication skills, have a keen eye for detail within a manufacturing environment.

The role of wiring operative will be based in the Electrical production department, working on individual products but within a team environment.

Desirable Experience:

• Wiring,
• Crimping
• Soldering

Duties will include the following:

• Wiring the clients bespoke products,
• Reading electrical drawings,
• Working to companies’ policies and procedures,
• Quality inspection of final products,

This is an excellent chance to join a well-established company on a temp to perm contract.
