Supporting the build of advanced battery and power systems, you will work alongside the engineering and production teams at a modern facility, with the chance to develop your skills on products that are unlike anything else on the market.   The Wiring Harness Build Technician will be responsible for: Assembling wiring harnesses and point-to-point ferrule (bootlace) connections for complex panel builds. Working with a wide range of cable sizes, from 90mm² down to small gauge, using crimp tools and hand tools. Assembling all key system components in line with Standard Operating Procedures and build instructions. Completing travellers and maintaining build documentation and records to a high standard. Carrying out visual buddy checks on completed work to ensure it is ready for production. Supporting the engineering team with fault finding and problem-solving during builds.
