This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected connectivity and wireless solutions provider operating in complex and challenging customer environments. In this role, you''ll split your time between delivering Wi-Fi surveys and providing 3rd Line NOC support. You''ll be responsible for carrying out wireless surveys, supporting complex networking issues, and occasionally providing on-site support when conducting customer surveys. As the first engineer in the region, you''ll have the autonomy to make a real impact while remaining supported by an experienced technical team. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working in an MSP or service-led environment, take pride in customer experience, and are happy with a varied role covering NOC escalation, BAU support, and technical project work.
