Role: WIP Billing/Revenue AccountantSector: Creative agency Permanent: Contract 2 months Location: Central LondonSalary: £45,000 annual equivalent Ref : VFR3311VisionFR is recruitinga Contract WIP Billing/Revenue Accountant on behalf of a creative agency. It is envisaged that the role will be for 2 months. The primary focus is supporting the Account management teams by delivering accurate and timely project finance management data and ensuring the finance side runs smoothly. This role is also responsible for supporting on the month-end management accounts and accurate cashflow forecasting. Paprika is an essential Skill for the role. 3 days in the office.Key Responsibilities of the WIP Billing/Revenue Accountant:Monitor and manage weekly Work in Progress (WIP) balances across the groupManage client billing and invoicing, including credit assessments and negotiating appropriate credit termsPrepare project-level cashflow forecasts and support wider group cashflow managementReconcile and close projects, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reportingManage debtor balances and support effective credit controlAssist in the preparation of monthly management accountsTrain new starters on Paprika software and internal finance processesKey skills and requirements of the WIP Billing/Revenue Accountant:Excellent communication skills - written and spokenAbility to develop trusted relationships with other departments and provide consistently reliable, trusted, project finance ..... full job details .....
