OverviewWinter''s Tail Operations Team Leader at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Lead the Chessington Winter’s Tail event operation, inspiring and leading a team to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of safety, exceptional customer service and interaction with guests, and maximise event capacity and throughputs. Own the event operational project set up, including, but not limited to:

The role involves: creating/reviewing training documentation and associated content; creating/delivering team training plans; staffing contingencies/break plans; setting up queue lines; and collaborating with the Resort Entertainments team to agree operational surge/attraction utilisation plans.

Qualifications and ExperienceSuccessful candidates must have strong communication, time management skills and have experience in people managing. Must have strong operational experience. It is desirable for successful candidates to have duty manager experience, an awareness of theme park daily operation and entertainments-led event operation related experience.

Hours:

Fixed term contract from 8th October until 31st December 2025. Full and part time positions available.
