This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals who thrive in enterprise-scale infrastructure support and operational excellence.Your new roleAs a Wintel Engineer, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and support of Microsoft-based infrastructure, ensuring platform stability, security compliance, service availability and the successful delivery of infrastructure changes.Key responsibilitiesAdminister and support Windows Server environments across physical, virtual and Azure platforms.Support and maintain Azure Local solutions.Manage Active Directory, PKI, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP services.Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades and lifecycle management.Work with Microsoft System Center technologies including Virtual Machine Manager, Configuration Manager, Operations Manager and Orchestrator.Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation platforms.Monitor system performance, capacity and availability.Execute Incident, Problem and Change Management activities in line with ITIL processes.Participate in Major Incident resolution and root cause analysis.Maintain technical ..... full job details .....
