WINTEL Engineer - Basingstoke - £500 to £700 per day (Outside IR35) - 5 days onsiteFryerMiles are delighted to be working with a Major Defence Prime to assist with their recruitment of multiple WINTEL Engineers to join a large Defence programme, supporting the delivery and integration of secure Windows and Intel-based enterprise infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly secure environment, helping to deliver critical national security capabilities.Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for integrating, configuring and supporting WINTEL platforms, ensuring they meet operational, security and performance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrate WINTEL platforms into secure enterprise environments.Deploy, configure and support Windows Server infrastructure.Work closely with infrastructure, network, security and project teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides and governance artefacts.Support platform implementation, upgrades, patching and ongoing operational maintenance.Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide effective technical resolutions.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with programme governance, security standards and best practices.Essential Skills and ExperienceActive DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance - essential.Proven experience as a WINTEL Engineer or ..... full job details .....
