Responsible for maintaining a good working knowledge of the business IT environment. Planning & coordinating maintenance and patching across the Windows Environments in restricted secret & above networks. Access & implement changes to the restricted Windows Environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Creation, maintenance & audit of inventory information and asset registers as required. Creation, maintenance & review of comprehensive, high-quality documentation as required. Creation & maintenance of standard problem resolution & fix documentation, to ensure any technical knowledge bases... Contract
