Responsibilities:Provide operational BAU support, administration and configuration management across Infrastructure and Workplace Windows Environments in restricted secret and above networks.Responsible for maintaining a good working knowledge of the business IT environment.Planning and coordinating maintenance and patching across the Windows Environments in restricted secret and above networks.Access and implement changes to the restricted Windows Environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Creation, maintenance and audit of inventory information and asset registers as required.Creation, maintenance and review of comprehensive, high-quality documentation as required.Creation and maintenance of standard problem resolution and fix documentation, to ensure any technical knowledge bases are kept are up to date.Responsible for resolution of incidents related to Windows Services across restricted secret and above networks in line with agreed SLAs, following escalation processes ..... full job details .....
