You will be involved in:Provide operational BAU support, administration and configuration management across Infrastructure and Workplace Windows Environments in restricted secret and above networksPlanning and coordinating maintenance and patching across the Windows Environments in restricted secret and above networksAccess and implement changes to the restricted Windows EnvironmentCreation, maintenance and audit of inventory information and asset registersCreation, maintenance and review of comprehensive, high-quality documentation Creation and maintenance of standard problem resolution and fix documentationResponsible for resolution of incidents related to Windows Services across restricted secret and above networks in line with agreed SLAs, following escalation processes as appropriateActing as Tier 2 / Tier 3 ..... full job details .....
