Working as part a small team providing IT Support to a to a variety of customers in Northern Ireland. This role will report to a lead engineer and ensure desktop deployments are carried out in line with clearly defined build instructions and site requirements. Responsibilities • Deploy desktop and laptop at various sites. • This will include the decommissioning and install of new desktops and carrying out equipment audits. • Follow clearly defined installation guidelines and end user familiarisation on new equipment. • Apply defined Asset Management process and procedures. • Ability to resolve ad-hoc installation issues or escalate to the team lead. • Work as a small team or as part of a larger programme. • Work closely with the Capita escalation points ensuring handover of issues and customer satisfaction is maintained during the rollout.
