Location: Sheffield Pay rate: £12.71/hour Hours: 7:30 4:30 with an hour lunch Initial 4 week contract but this could be extended Job Purpose To provide professional window cleaning services across a portfolio of student accommodation properties. The role involves working as part of a window cleaning team cleaning internal and external glazing to a high standard using modern window cleaning methods, including 65 foot water-fed telescopic pole systems, while ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and delivering excellent customer service in occupied and vacant student residences. Key Responsibilities Clean internal and external windows, glass doors, entrance glazing, communal areas, and other glazed surfaces within student accommodation buildings. Operate water-fed telescopic window cleaning pole systems safely and effectively to clean external windows. Inspect windows and glazing for defects or damage and report maintenance issues to management. Safely transport, set up, and maintain all window cleaning equipment. Follow site-specific risk assessments, method statements, and company safe systems of work. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all health and safety requirements.
