Window and Door Fitters

We are Expanding our team here at PandL windows and doors and seeking skilled and detail-oriented Window and door Fitters to join our team. Predominantly working in the Fife Area. ( This can be a team of two who already work together. ) Experience is essential The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in multiple trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. There will be a 3 month probation period. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace windows and doors in accordance with industry standards and building regulations. UPVC window preparations. Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes. Conduct measurements and assessments to ensure accurate fitting of windows. Perform necessary adjustments to frames, sills, and other components for optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process. Be able to Work alone and alongside other tradespeople and maintain professional at all times. Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications accurately.
