Role combines factory manufacturing with responsive on-site after sales support and rectification works. Key Responsibilities and Requirements • Experience: Minimum 2 years of fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment. On-site remedial or customer-facing support experience preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficient in reading technical drawings and following supplier manuals precisely. Exceptional diagnostic skills with meticulous attention to detail to resolve faults. • Operational Flexibility: Ability to work independently on client sites for aftersales cover and collaboratively within the factory team. Adaptable to shifting priorities between production and field support. • Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, professional customer-facing conduct, and a commitment to delivering a fault-free finished product.
