Key Responsibilities Wills and Estate Planning Drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Trust documentation Advising clients on estate planning and succession matters Providing clear and practical advice tailored to clients'' individual circumstances Probate and Estate Administration Managing probate and estate administration files from instruction through to completion Preparing applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties throughout the process Client Relationship Management Delivering an exceptional standard of client service Building and maintaining strong client relationships Handling ..... full job details .....
