Wills and Probate Solicitor

We are working with a well-established Yorkshire law firm to recruit a Wills and Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its friendly and experienced Private Client team in Skipton.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, employee-owned firm with a strong regional presence, a reputation for quality client service and a supportive working environment.The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, covering Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, alongside more complex Court of Protection matters. You will benefit from working alongside knowledgeable colleagues while having the opportunity to take ownership of your files and build lasting client relationships.We are looking for a client-focused and organised legal professional with at least three years'' post-qualification experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
