Wills and Probate Practitioner

My Client is seeking an experienced Wills and Probate Practitioner to join their established Private Client team based in their Huddersfield offices.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of private client matters, including:• Drafting Wills. • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. • Trust administration. • Probate and estate administration. • Advising clients on a range of private client matters from initial instruction through to conclusion. • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client care. • Conducting client meetings, including occasional home visits where required. • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Skills and Experience• A minimum of 3 years'' post-qualification experience in private client work. • Experience managing a caseload of Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Trust matters. • Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills. • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. • A proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in private client law. • STEP qualification, or working towards STEP qualification, would be advantageous. • Membership of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (or a willingness to work towards accreditation) would also be beneficial.
