This is a flexible opportunity suited to an experienced private client lawyer looking for part-time locum work, with the option to work fully remotely. There may also be scope for the successful candidate to work full-time, depending on availability and preference.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a varied caseload covering:Wills and estate planningProbate and estate administrationContentious probate mattersInheritance disputesAdvising beneficiaries and executorsEstate-related disputes and claimsTaking instructions and advising clientsLiaising with beneficiaries, executors and third partiesManaging matters independently from instruction through to conclusionThe role offers flexibility around working arrangements and would suit a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload remotely with minimal supervision.What We''re Looking ForThe successful candidate will ideally have:Qualified Solicitor with strong Private Client experienceExperience handling wills and probate mattersPrevious experience dealing ..... full job details .....
