Wide Format Operative

Job Title: Wide Format Operative Salary: £12.71 per hour Location: Mallusk, Newtownabbey Hours: Monday to Friday; 6am -2pm; Monday to Thursday; 6am - 12:30 (Friday). May change to evening shift once trained - Monday to Friday; 2pm - 10pm. (This will be altered with another member of staff) DEADLINE: Friday 24 th July Main purpose: Assist with the large format print production facility Ensure work area is kept clean and tidy Assist with putting materials into storage Role and Responsibilities: Production learn and assist with the cutting to shape of materials on the Kongsberg router machine learn and assist with the printing of wide format materials Packaging assist in the packaging of orders to the required standard Storage learn about materials to be used and the correct storage of them to ensure maximum productivity General ensure work areas are kept clean and free from obstruction ensure any wastage off cuts etc are disposed of in accordance with company procedures learn how to keep machinery in good condition and report any malfunction to the team leader work as part of a team to ensure collective deadlines are met and adhered to Criteria: Computer literate (be able to perform basic tasks on a computer) Ability to work in a team Good communication skills Ability to work on your own and under pressure Fully flexible attitude to the varying types of work you will be undertaking Originally day shift until training is complete - may be required for ..... full job details .....
