Overview
Working with the Senior Wholesale Manager, the successful applicant will mainly focus on top-ups available to sell inventory throughout the season. The Wholesale Executive will also assist with face-to-face buying appointments each season, which traditionally take place in London, New York and Paris.Responsibilities
Focusing on ATS ordersConnecting to clients on the phone and via email dailyFeeding back results weekly in meetingsScheduling seasonal buying appointments with new and current retail partnersPrepping seasonal sales materialsRequesting sale through reports from current retailers to help understand their buys and what styles work best for each retailerChecking in with retailers to nurture existing accounts in seasonSending out line sheets in season to help gain extra sales weeklySending out marketing materials via newsletters weeklyLocating new retail partners in targeted territoriesShowcasing seasonal collections to new targeted retail partners with the aim to gain them as new stockistsProcessing and checking invoicingData analysis and weekly reporting to monitor best sellers, worst sellers and sales patterns in each territoryIn-store training with Key Accounts to inform store staff about selling points of the products and to set our visual merchandising standardsProfile / Qualifications
