You''ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing alloy wheel damage including kerbing, scuffs, corrosion, and cracks to ensure every vehicle leaving the branch meeting our clients quality and safety standards. Main responsibilities: Inspect alloy wheels for cosmetic and structural damage (scuffs, kerb damage, corrosion, cracks, buckles) Carry out diamond cut, powder coat, and paint finish repairs as required Refurbish wheels using appropriate machinery (lathes, sandblasting equipment, spray booths) Assess whether a wheel is repairable or requires replacement, escalating safety-critical damage Record all work completed accurately, including before/after photos Work to agreed turnaround times to support vehicle preparation deadlines Maintain tools, machinery, and workspace to a safe, clean standard Follow health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and handling of chemicals/coatings Liaise with the Workshop Team Leader on job prioritisation and stock flow Skills and experience Proven experience in alloy wheel refurbishment (diamond cutting, painting, or p...
