      <description>Location: Castle Bromwich | Salary: 16.23-16.23 Hourly | Type: Contract | Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Wheel Loader Operator to join Veolia on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities   Operate Machinery: Maneuver the wheel loader, control hydraulic arms and buckets, and transport materials across work sites.   Load and Unload: Fill dump trucks, hoppers, or conveyors efficiently while respecting weight limits and load stability.   Site Maintenance: Grade, level surfaces, and clear debris from the work area using the loader bucket.   Equipment Inspections: Conduct daily pre- and post-operation checks on fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety devices.   Routine Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep like greasing, fueling, and reporting mechanical faults to supervisors.   Essential Requirements   Experience working as a wheel loader operative    At least 5 years'' experience using a large operational shovel    Please apply with an up to date CV ASAP if this role would be of interest to you!</description>
