Wheel Loader Operator

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Wheel Loader Operator to join Veolia on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a wheel loader safely and efficiently.
• Feed material into the crusher.
• Load HGVs and other vehicles accurately and safely.
• Transport materials around the site as required.
• Carry out daily pre-start inspections and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Work effectively as part of the wider site team.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years'' experience operating a wheel loader.
• Valid CPCS or NPORS Wheel Loader/Loading Shovel qualification.
• Previous experience working with crushers and loading HGVs.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
