The Role We''re looking for a skilled Wet Worker / Wet Trade Operative to join our Essex Maintenance Team, delivering repairs and maintenance services across the Estuary Housing portfolio. You''ll lead with your wet trade expertise while also supporting wider multi-trade tasks to ensure high-quality, well-rounded repairs. You''ll deliver a reliable, resident-focused service with a focus on first-time fixes and professional standards. What You''ll Do Carry out wet trade works including plastering, rendering, screeding, patch repairs, skimming, and making good following maintenance works. Support multi-trade repairs including: Wall and floor tiling Basic plumbing repairs 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Painting and decorating to a professional standard Prepare surfaces and complete finishing works to a high standard.
