Key responsibilities:- Prepare parts for painting through cleaning, degreasing, sanding, masking and surface preparation. Apply industrial wet paint coatings using conventional and air-assisted spray equipment. Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray systems. Operate curing ovens safely and efficiently. Mix paints and coatings- Ensure correct paint thickness, finish and colour Inspect components before, during and after painting Identify and rectify coating defects where possible. Carry out reworks Read and follow engineering drawings Maintain paint shop equipment This is a permanent role paying -15.00 - -16.00 per hour depending on experienec.- This is a straight permanent role.- Hours of work: 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 11:30 Friday.- An immediate start is available.- Permanent
