Wet Sprayer

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Wet Sprayer for our client based in Lichfield.-

You will be responsible for preparing and finishing fabricated steel, aluminium and stainless-steel components using both industrial wet paint and powder coating systems.

Key responsibilities:-

• Prepare parts for painting through cleaning, degreasing, sanding, masking and surface preparation.
• Apply industrial wet paint coatings using conventional and air-assisted spray equipment.
• Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray systems.
• Operate curing ovens safely and efficiently.
• Mix paints and coatings-
• Ensure correct paint thickness, finish and colour
• Inspect components before, during and after painting
• Identify and rectify coating defects where possible.
• Carry out reworks
• Read and follow engineering drawings
• Maintain paint shop equipment

This is a permanent role paying -15.00 - -16.00 per hour depending on experienec.-
This is a straight permanent role.-

Hours of work: 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 11:30 Friday.-
