We specialise in delivering premium bespoke joinery and exceptional spray finishes for high-profile projects across the UK. Our modern workshop and dedicated paintline are fully equipped to produce outstanding quality finishes. We are now looking for an experienced Wet Sprayer to join our skilled production team. The Role: You will be responsible for applying high-quality spray finishes to bespoke joinery items, including furniture, cabinetry, doors, panelling, and architectural fittings. Key Responsibilities: Apply wet spray finishes including paints, lacquers, stains, primers, and sealers to wood, MDF, and other substrates. Prepare surfaces thoroughly (sanding, filling, masking) to achieve flawless, smooth finishes. Set up, operate, and maintain professional spray equipment and spray booths safely and efficiently. Ensure consistent colour matching, even coverage, and high-end aesthetic results. Work closely with the joinery team to meet tight project deadlines without compromising quality. Maintain a clean and organised workspace while strictly following health and safety procedures.
