Pertemps Telford Commercial is recruiting a Wet Paint Sprayer for a well-known engineering client based in Halesfield. This full-time position offers £13.50 per hour on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role involves cleaning and preparing steelwork, applying primer and top coat using mostly single-pack paint, and achieving a high-quality finish. Responsibilities include hand painting to exacting standards, following Health & Safety procedures, and maintaining a tidy workspace. The ideal candidate has previous wet paint spraying experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Comfort working outdoors in varying conditions and a reliable, hardworking approach are essential.
Wet Paint Sprayer
Our well know engineering client based in Halesfield is looking for a full time temporary to permanent paint sprayer to join their team to help move forward with work.
You wil be cleaning and prepping steelwork ready for painting, wet spraying steelwork to a high-quality finish, primer & top coat - mostly single pack paint, applying paint by hand to meet exacting quality standards, working safely and following all Health & Safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Ideal Candidate
Previous wet paint spraying experience preferred
Ability to achieve a consistently high-quality finish
Good attention to detail
Able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices
Reliable, hardworking, and target-driven

7.30.4.30 Monday – Thursday
7.30 – 1.30 Friday
