      <description>Location: Croydon | Salary: &amp;pound;22.00/hour | Type: Temporary | Location: Croydon Salary: £22 Van &amp; Fuel Card  Hours: 42.5 Hours P/W Sector: Social Housing / Property Maintenance  We are currently recruiting for an experienced Wet Multi Trader to join a well-established social housing and property maintenance contractor, working within a dedicated Disrepair division.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi Trader with a strong background in plastering, tiling and painting/decorating who is looking for a stable, long-term position working across residential properties. The Role As a Wet Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repair and remedial works within customers'' homes, with a particular focus on wet trades and making good following disrepair issues.  Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:    Carrying out plastering and skimming works.    Undertaking tiling to walls and floors.    Painting and decorating following repair works.    Completing general making-good works.    Repairing and treating damaged walls, ceilings and surfaces.    Carrying out remedial works associated with disrepair cases.
