Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant in an excellent Primary school in Llanelli. 

Are You A Fluent Welsh Speaker? Are you confident in assisting children in their first stage of primary school? Do you work well independently and as part of a team?

The school is seeking to appoint a strong, experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to support pupils as they begin their educational journey.

A proactive and nurturing approach is essential in this role as well as a clear understanding of how to effectively assist the class teacher in a busy early years class. 

The role will include:

• Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
• Work with students who require additional support
• Leading group work
• Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
