Welsh Speaking Receptionist

Your new role

• Manage the telephone switchboard and full reception duties, including handling calls, enquiries, messages, deliveries, and visitor interactions.
• Operate reprographic equipment including photocopiers, multi-functional devices, laminators, and binders.
• Reconcile monthly print/copy records for departmental recharges by Finance.
• To manage the provision of identity cards, badges and business cards and ensure the maintenance of databases to record information relating to such matters.
• Raise Purchase Orders via Agresso, and record goods receipts accurately, forwarding to Finance promptly, ensuring compliance with procurement and financial procedures, including completing outstanding commitments reports as required.

What you''ll need to succeed

• Ability to communicate in the medium of Welsh
• Previous admin or reception experience
• Working 37 hours per week at the Carmarthen office
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Must pass DBS check

What you''ll get in return

• Working times are 08.45am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 08.45am - 4.30pm Friday.
• -15.01 per hour
• Temporary role until end of November 2026
• On-site parking
• Accessible via public transport
