What will you be doing?As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Lead the classroom in the teacher''s absence Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials Ensure pupils stay on task and complete their work Manage classroom behaviour effectively Create a positive and engaging learning environmentOn arrival to the school, the Headteacher will run through the safeguarding procedures and policies of the school, introduce you to the staff and show you the classroom.
