This is an exciting opportunity to support people who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges and complex needs. Working closely with individuals receiving support from Everyturn Mental Health, you''ll help people identify their strengths, build confidence, access community resources and take positive steps towards recovery and independence. About the role As a Wellbeing Support Coordinator, you will work directly with people who need additional support to navigate services and connect with opportunities in their local community.
