This role focuses on supporting individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their health, wellbeing and future prospects. Working with individuals within the criminal justice system, including those on probation or recently released from custody, you will play a crucial role in supporting rehabilitation, reducing reoffending, and helping people progress into employment, education and training.
