Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant£12.52 per hour plus Company BenefitsBank ContractA Top 20 Care Home Group 2025!Awarded One Of The UK s Best Companies To Work For Parkfield Grange is a luxurious 80 bedded residential and dementia care home situated in Stourbridge.We have an opportunity for a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team on an ''as and when'' basis to cover annual leave and adhoc sickness. Rotas are worked out in advance so you will be given notice of days/weeks to be covered.Working very closely with our Wellbeing and Lifestyle Lead, the Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant role is a hands-on working role with responsibility for coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon home. This includes internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents. To introduce appropriate activities for older people which support independence and to identify activities in the surrounding areas that will assist residents to integrate into the local community.Main Responsibilities:1. Organise and conduct activities that encourage both social, mental and if appropriate physical stimulation for the residents within the home2. To help organise fund raising events.3. To help organise special events i.e. Christmas entertainment, Ascot, Royal Occasion, etc.4. To help produce a monthly programme of events to be discussed with the General Manager of the home.5.
