Wellbeing Advisor
What you''ll be doingThis is a fixed-term role for 7 months, created to support the delivery of recommendations from the Speaker''s Conference on the employment conditions of Members'' staff. As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring Members and their staff have access to high-quality health and wellbeing support, advice, and guidance, helping to create a positive and supportive working environment across Parliament.Working within the Parliamentary Health and Wellbeing Service (PHWS), you will collaborate closely with the Members and Members'' Staff Services Team and a range of stakeholders across both Houses of Parliament. As part of a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative professionals, you will:Work directly with Members, Office Managers and Members'' staff across the UK, providing one-to-one wellbeing support to improve physical and mental wellbeing, developing tailored plans using the 5 Ways to Wellbeing model.Provide practical wellbeing advice, guidance and signposting to appropriate internal and external support services, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time through a person-centred and needs-led approach.Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the Members and Members'' Staff Services Team, Office Manager networks, Trade Unions, and other internal and external partners, while promoting awareness and engagement with the wellbeing services available across the Parliamentary ..... full job details .....
