Team Leader - Welfare and Safeguarding Location: Crowborough Salary: 46,800pa Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are recruiting a proactive Team Leader - Welfare and Safeguarding to oversee the welfare, safeguarding, and administration of a large cohort of Service Users.You will lead a team of welfare staff and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance. Working to Standard Operating Procedures, you will respond to issues, coordinate interventions, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesService User SupportManage a caseload, ensuring welfare, safety, and wellbeingConduct welfare checks and accommodation visitsSignpost to medical and support servicesArrange transport, relocations, and move-on processesReport incidents, issues, and absencesTeam Leadership and Site ManagementLead the welfare team, including rota planning and supervisionProvide training and ensure performance standardsOversee accommodation maintenance, safety, and complianceConduct inspections and manage repairsSupport effective property and void managementStakeholder EngagementWork with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholdersAttend meetings and maintain strong partnershipsAdministration and ComplianceMaintain accurate records and documentationEnsure property certification complianceRespond to communications and operational updatesUphold data protection and confidentialityEmergency and Operational SupportProvide leadership during ..... full job details .....
