This role requires someone who can quickly become operational and work independently. There is an immediate requirement to complete Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) reporting, so candidates should be confident managing data, reporting deadlines and stakeholder engagement from the outset.   Key Responsibilities    Lead the collection, validation and submission of management information returns.  Analyse quantitative and qualitative data and produce reports.  Maintain and develop monitoring systems, databases and Excel spreadsheets.  Monitor programme performance, outcomes and expenditure.
