Job Description: Welfare Operative

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Operative to join our team for ongoing work on a busy construction site in Abbots Langley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, drying rooms, and offices

• Ensuring welfare areas are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked

• Cleaning kitchen and dining areas

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly

• Replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products

• Reporting any maintenance issues or shortages to the site team

• Following site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning, welfare, or site-based role

• Construction site experience is preferred

• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to work independently and as part of a site team

• Own PPE

• Valid CSCS Card may be required depending on site requirements
