Job Title: Construction Welfare Cleaner (Long-Term)
Location: South London
Pay Rate: -14.24 - -16.55 per hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Duration: Long-term project
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Welfare Cleaner for a high-profile, long-term commercial construction project in South London with a leading tier-1 contractor. This isn''t just a quick temp job; we need someone to look after the site facilities for the duration of the project.
Key Duties:
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site office, canteens, drying rooms, and toilet facilities.
Monitoring and replenishing site consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet rolls).
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations regarding cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
Reporting any facility issues directly to the management team.
Requirements:
Must have a valid CSCS card.
Proven experience working as a welfare cleaner on busy construction sites.
Good level of spoken English to communicate clearly with site management.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
