Welding Tutor Assessor Location: Walsall Have you ever felt that your experience in fabrication and welding could make a real difference beyond the workshop and help shape the next generation of skilled welding professionals? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welding professional to support learners completing Level 2 and Level 3 Fabrication and Welding apprenticeships and welding skills programmes. At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Welding Tutor Assessor to join their expanding team based in Walsall. You will play a key role in delivering high quality practical and theoretical welding training while assessing learner competence and supporting individuals throughout their learning journey. You will help learners gain recognised qualifications and develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed within the welding and engineering industries. What you will be doing: • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging practical and theoretical welding sessions • Deliver training to learners undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 Fabrication and Welding apprenticeships as a Welding Tutor Assessor • Deliver training and support for Welding Skills Bootcamp learners • Teach a range of welding processes including MIG, MAG, TIG and MMA • Assess learner practical competence and theoretical knowledge using approved assessment methods • Provide ongoing guidance, mentoring and support to help learners achieve ..... full job details .....
