Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Welding Operations: Oversee daily welding activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Technical Expertise: Utilise strong MIG welding skills and experience in spot welding within a production environment.
- Robot Welding: Operate and maintain robot welders, ensuring optimal performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of welders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure welding work meets the required specifications and standards.

Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate with the team.
