This is a hands-on production role, working within a welding department producing high-quality components to required standards. The Role Operate manual and semi-automatic welding machines (TIG/GTAW) Produce parts in line with production targets and quality standards Carry out visual inspection of welds to ensure quality requirements are met Follow work instructions, drawings and specifications Complete all production and quality documentation Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient production flow What We''re Looking For Previous welding or manufacturing/production experience preferred Experience with TIG welding (GTAW) is beneficial but full training can be provided Good attention to detail and quality standards Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team Hours Init...
