We are currently recruiting for a Welding Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business supplying industries such as aerospace, automotive and power generation.

This is a hands-on production role, working within a welding department producing high-quality components to required standards.

The Role

• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding machines (TIG/GTAW)
• Produce parts in line with production targets and quality standards
• Carry out visual inspection of welds to ensure quality requirements are met
• Follow work instructions, drawings and specifications
• Complete all production and quality documentation
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient production flow

What We''re Looking For

• Previous welding or manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Experience with TIG welding (GTAW) is beneficial but full training can be provided
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team

Hours

• Initial training on day shift (Mon-Fri)
• Then rotating shifts:

Earlies:

• Mon-Thurs: 06:00 - 14:30
• Fri: 06:00 - 11:00

Lates:

• Mon-Thurs: 14:30 - 23:00
• Fri: 11:00 - 16:00
