We''re looking for Welding Inspectors to join a leading engineering and manufacturing team in Woking (GU21). This role offers both permanent and contract opportunities - with quick start options available.
The Role
Carry out welding inspection and final inspection of fabricated components
Use measuring equipment (tape measures, calipers, gauges, micrometers)
Read and interpret engineering and welding drawings to verify part accuracy
Ensure compliance with welding codes, standards, and quality requirements
Report and document non-conformance issues and support corrective actions
Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards
What We''re Looking For
Inspection experience in welding or fabrication - essential
Ability to use measuring tools confidently
Experience with welded parts, sheet metal, aluminium, or fabricated components is highly desirable
Knowledge of welding processes, defects, and inspection methods
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
What''s on Offer
-1520 per hour depending on experience
Day shift: Monday-Friday (08:00-16:30)
