Welding Coordinator

Welding Coordinator Northamptonshire Competitive EMBS is currently representing a a well established metal fabrication business located in Northamptonshire that is looking for a Welding Coordinator to work alongside its IWE-qualified Responsible Welding Coordinator. The company builds complex welded fabrications and assemblies for high-precision, safety-critical industries. Work is short-batch and high-mix, across a wide range of materials, thicknesses and drawings dating back decades. This is a hands-on role. Approximately half of the day is spent in the welding bays supervising welders, carrying out first-off inspections and solving problems, with the rest of the day dedicated to technical reviews, WPS and WPQR control and audit support.
