Working as part of an established apprenticeship team, you will work closely with learners and employers, carrying out workplace and remote assessments, monitoring progress, conducting reviews, and supporting apprentices through to End Point Assessment. You will also play an important role in the continued development of welding and fabrication apprenticeship provision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within welding and fabrication, hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline, and be passionate about developing others.
